2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
  • We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We accept payments via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets through Razorpay.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes.
  • XIV reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
  • If an order is cancelled by XIV after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

XIV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
