Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  • To cancel, go to My Orders and click "Cancel Order", or contact us at support@xivstore.in.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery instead.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is in its original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".
  • Innerwear, socks, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@xivstore.in with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or bank account).
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when requesting a refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Exchange

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
